Last week Upper Chichester Board of Commissioners expressed their opposition in the potential sale of Chester Water Authority. The following letters were sent from the Township Manager on behalf of the Upper Chichester Board of Commissioners detailing their disapproval, along with the Resolution passed in 2017 supporting the CWA Board in stopping the sale of CWA to a private entity.  These letters were sent in hopes that the elected officials who represent the ratepayers will join / continue efforts to stop this potential sale.
