Upper Chichester Township Parks & Recreation is excited to invite food trucks, businesses, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and school groups to participate in our upcoming Community Day!

This year, we are using a new online application process. Please note that participation is not automatically confirmed when you submit your application. All applicants must be reviewed and approved before being added to the official Community Day vendor list.

Fees:

• $0 – Nonprofit organizations, community groups, and Upper Chichester School District school groups
• $50 – For-profit vendors and businesses

If you do not already have an account on our website, you will need to create one before submitting your application. Please follow the steps below:

1. Click “Sign Up” in the top-right corner of the website to create an account.
2. You may sign up as:
   • An Individual – for yourself and your family
   • An Organization – for your nonprofit organization, community group, school group, business, or company
3. Once your account has been created, return to the home page by selecting “Parks & Recreation” in the top-left corner. 
4. Select “Community Day Vendor Application” to begin the application process.
5. On the next page, click the “Request” button. 
6. Select your name or organization and click “Add to Cart.”
   • If you are a for-profit business or vendor that has not paid the township annual fee, select the “Community Day Vendor (For-Profit/Business) – $50.00” option. 

7. Complete all required details and click request.

8. On the following page, select “Submit Application” to submit your application.
9. Complete Request by adding details below and then click Request

Please Note: Submitting your application does not guarantee participation in Community Day. After your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email notifying you whether your application has been approved or denied.

If your application is approved, please carefully review the approval email and complete any additional instructions or required steps. You must complete the instructions provided in the approval email to be added to the official Community Day participant list.
