On Thursday, October 19, 2023 the Board of Commissioners held an advertised Special Meeting to discuss plausible options of how to realign the Township's Ward boundaries to create a more even distribution of population throughout the Township.

As a result of the work at that meeting, the Board of Commissioners of Upper Chichester Township voted at the November 9, 2023 Regular Meeting to prepare and advertise an Ordinance Realigning the Ward Boundaries in Upper Chichester Township.

In addition, the Board of Commissioners voted to advertise a hearing on the Ordinance at 6:00 pm on December 14, 2023, in the Commissioners Meeting Room at 8500 Furey Road Aston PA 19014. Below are links to the proposed Ordinance and Map.
