The PA Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) will be conducting mosquito surveillance in our area through September 2025 to monitor for West Nile Virus and other mosquito-borne diseases.

What you should know:

• Mosquito traps will be placed in public areas - please do not disturb them
• PADEP will monitor and treat breeding sites to control mosquito populations

How you can help prevent mosquito breeding:

• Flip over containers that collect water
• Ensure proper drainage around your property
• Remove standing water from your yard
