Zoning Hearing Board Meetings
The Upper Chichester Zoning Hearing Board meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm at the Township Building, 8500 Furey Road. The Zoning Hearing Board is an independent legal entity that hears appeals pertaining to the Township Zoning Code. If you would like to appeal a zoning determination or violation, please reach out to the Township for additional information on this hearing process at landplanningandzoning@
Construction Committee / Commission
The Upper Chichester Township Construction Committee meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm on an "as needed" basis. The Township and its professionals meet with developers on OPEN Subdivision or Land Development applications. . This committee was developed to help the Township and applicant discuss outstanding items and produce a beneficial plan for all involved. The Township Zoning Officer, Engineer, Planner, and Traffic Consultant are present to provide guidance in their respective area of expertise.
