Upper Chichester Township recently completed the Twin Oaks Neighborhood Preservation & Enhancement Plan. This plan has been completed by the Township Professional with input from the Community, Township Staff, and assistance from the Delaware County Planning Department professional planners. Over the next 5 years, the document will be used to guide investment, and activities of the Twin Oaks neighborhood.
