Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board will not hear testimony with regard to the following matters at the Municipal Facility, 8500 Furey Road, on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 7:00 PM.:

#1 - Sect 600-52 Applicant wishes to build a Storage Facility which is not a permitted use by right in a C-1 District
#2 - Sect 600-56 (A)(3) – Front Yard Setback 40ft. Proposed - 45 ft. Required
#3 - Sect 600-56 (A)(5) – Rear Yard Setback 10 ft. Proposed - 35 ft. Required
#4 - Sect 600-56 (A)(6) – Building Coverage 33.3% Proposed – 30% maximum
The location of the property is 3709 Chichester Avenue, Upper Chichester PA 19061 and is zoned C1.
The Zoning Hearing Board is not meeting in March 2, 2021. All applications have been moved to April 6, 2021.
