The 2021 Upper Chichester Township Preliminary Budget was adopted by the Board of Commissioners at the November 5, 2020 Caucus Meeting.
The Preliminary Budget proposes the following levies that will require further approvals by the Board of Commissioners of Upper Chichester Township.
General Real Estate Tax Millage: The Board of Commissioners of Upper Chichester Township are seeking a revenue neutral tax millage; the proposed 2021 Township Real Estate Tax Millage is 3.0352
Trash / Rubbish Collection Fee: $220.00 per residential unit (Increase of $10.00 from 2020)
The 2021 Township Budget as well as setting the Millage and Trash Fee will all be up for consideration at the December 16, 2020 Board of Commissioners Meeting.
