The 2021 Upper Chichester Township Preliminary Budget was adopted by the Board of Commissioners at the November 5, 2020 Caucus Meeting. 

The Preliminary Budget proposes the following levies that will require further approvals by the Board of Commissioners of Upper Chichester Township.

General Real Estate Tax Millage: The Board of Commissioners of Upper Chichester Township are seeking a revenue neutral tax millage; however, the Township will not have our new assessed value from Delaware County until December 1, 2020, at that point an ordinance with the appropriate millage will be considered.

Trash / Rubbish Collection Fee: $220.00 per residential unit (Increase of $10.00 from 2020)

The 2021 Township Budget as well as setting the Millage and Trash Fee will all be up for consideration at the December 10, 2020 Board of Commissioners Meeting.
