Open Records Policy
Pennsylvania’s open records law expands public access to a wide array of government records. The law provides that requests be made in writing. As part of the policy, the Deborah Brooks has been appointed as the Right to Know Officer. All requests can be faxed, mailed, or dropped off at the Township Building. Please be advised that the Township has up to five business days to process requests.
Pennsylvania Act 44 was signed by the Governor in September, 2009. It amended Act 205. Specifically, Chapter 7-A of Act 44 requires the disclosure of certain information about any professional advisors receiving compensation for services provided to a municipal pension plan.
